Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

When orders are placed by 12:00PM EST we will make every effort to process and ship same day but processing could take up to 48 hours in accordance with our normal shipping policy. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Shipping will automatically apply when the cart subtotal reaches $50.00.

Free shipping with a $50.00 cart subtotal and above will be provided by UPS Ground service only. Orders with a $50.00 cart subtotal and above that require UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air will be charged accordingly per weight and location as indicated above.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

KuzaProducts.com ships to addresses within the continental U.S.

 

We do not ship to PO boxes/FPO Boxes at this time.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

KuzaProducts.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Damaged items must be reported to customer service within 48 hours upon receipt of goods per the tracking status. KuzaProducts.com will pay for return shipping in the event that an item is damaged.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
